You cannot visit the historic city of Lancaster without experiencing Bistro 26, Lancaster’s perfect hideaway.

Now is a brilliant time of year for fresh local produce. I am spoilt for choice on ingredients with lots of my favourites in season. This year we are growing alot of our own vegetables including carrots, beetroot, peas, beans and wonderful new potatoes. You can’t beat straight from the soil!!! 

I would like to recommend you try the lamb which is reared just for us on a local farm at Scotforth and is melt in the mouth tasty. Then to follow our fabulous summer desserts including summer pudding, boozy trifle and home made
ice creams.
