The Great British menu and specials board changes regularly to bring the best of Lancashire to the dishes including Bowland meat and Morecambe Bay shrimps. Where possible everything is made in house including our renowned hand-made breads, desserts, ice cream and fresh beef stock.

Port of Lancaster smoked salmon with prawn salad

Local sirloin steak with beef dripping chips, grilled field mushroom and English mustard dressing  

Slow braised lamb shank, spring onion mash and red wine gravy

Slow roast belly pork, mustard mash, apple sauce and red wine gravy 

Roast fillet of salmon, crushed potatoes, wilted greens with tomato and olive ragout

Grilled portabello mushrooms, potato gratin, wilted greens and wild mushroom butter (v)

*Vegetarian option is £12.50

All dishes are served with seasonal vegetables
